A Novel Severity Scoring Derived from Chest Radiographic Findings in COVID 19 Patients Admitted to a COVID Care University Hospital in India

Coronavirus (COVID 19) disease predominantly affects the Respiratory system and cause by Severe Acute Syndrome 2 (SARS-COV2). It enters into host cells via angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 (ACE-2), a part of renin-angiotensin (RAS) found in epithelium nasal, lungs.
 Aim: Chest Radiographic findings COVID-19 patients detected for COVID care. Applying novel chest radiographic scoring disease-spread is admitted to care center its correlation with blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) clinical severity.
 Objective: 1) To apply 19 infection are our Covid Care Centre and
 2) Results: We moderate negative between score SpO2. Weak positive Clinical grading CxR score.
 Conclusion: taking account nature opacities extent useful classifying mild-moderate, severe, critical grades. Take-home Message: A radiograph can be used as baseline radiological investigation it help triage them according severity treat accordingly.
